This program introduces children between the ages of 5 and 11 to physical fitness through basic track and field events, encouraging them to be the best they possibly can be. With the emphasis being on fun and fundamentals, this Track and Field program introduces basic athletic skills of running, jumping and throwing. Participants will be exposed to a variety of Track & Field events and experiences that will enhance their athleticism and provide a solid foundation for future specialization. This program is specifically developed around elementary school aged children.

Each school location will form teams of 10 athletes Kindergarden through 5th grade with a boy and girl from each grade on each team. There can be as many as 50 children or 5 teams from each school. Each school location practices 1x/week.
