From mountain biking to road touring, team building ropes courses to rock climbing, adventure challenges, orienteering, kayaking and riding our exhilarating zipline, Kinex Academy is committed to running the safest, most exciting outdoor adventure programs in Mill Valley and the Mount Tamalpias region.

With our experienced and dedicated coaches providing training, encouragement and support all along the way, time spent with Kinex Outdoor Adventures will be fulfilling and memorable for your child. All Kinex Adventures are offered throughout the year. We can custom- design programs for your special group, whether it be a school, church, competitive sports club, cub scout troop, birthday party, special event, work function or any group of individuals interested in exploring outdoor adventures together. All our Adventure programs provide professional instruction and facilitation of “bodily-felt movement thinking” and the development of kinesthetic, emotional and creative intelligience in our participants. We teach and help create leadership skills, environmental art creation and sensitivity, unified team minds and improved sports psychology for competitive team players. Through our survivor style team challenges, team building exercises and fun birthday party adventures we help individuals and groups uncover and create “kinextions” in: body-mind, personal-interpersonal, body-mind-emotions.

We have developed custom training programs to help competitive sport club teams and organizations develop and implement organizational club-wide, integrated winning unified team mind psychology. This may be practiced and used by administrators, coaches, managers, volunteers and competitive players of all ages and levels.
