| HOW TO REGISTER FOR AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS |  |
- STEP 1: Download Acrobat Reader here if you do not have it on your computer already
- STEP 2: Download the Kinex Academy Registration PDF form.
- STEP 3: Fill out the form by typing in the fields on the Kinex Academy Registration PDF form
- STEP 4: Be sure to add up your total cost for After School Enrichment Program registrations
- STEP 5: Be sure to indicate the check # you are using to make payment for your program registrations.
- STEP 6: Print out the filled out Kinex Academy Registration PDF form and sign the waiver and release of liability clause
- STEP 7: Press the submit form button on the bottom of page 2 of the Kinex Academy Registration PDF form.
- STEP 8: Mail your check and the Kinex Academy Registration PDF form to:
